CHECKPOINT is a strategic business development platform. This policy defines what activities are permitted and prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination of affiliate agreements, and (where applicable) reporting to relevant authorities.
Permitted uses
- Strategic partnerships between companies (distribution, licensing, co-marketing, technology integration)
- Supply chain collaboration and procurement relationships
- ESG and sustainability partnerships
- Joint product or service offerings
- Channel partner development
- International expansion partnerships
- Executive peer knowledge exchange (Corporate and Enterprise plans)
- Referral and affiliate program participation
- Requesting Opportunity Blueprints for accepted opportunities
Prohibited uses
- Fundraising requests or investment solicitation of any kind
- Offering or soliciting securities, equity, convertible instruments, SAFEs, or any financial instrument
- Loan requests or debt financing solicitation
- Crowdfunding or group investment solicitation
- Escrow or pre-payment schemes
- Direct capital asks disguised as partnership proposals
- Unsolicited sales prospecting or spam to matched counterparts
- Misrepresentation of company identity, size, industry, or role
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk exporting platform data
- Using contact information obtained through the platform for purposes outside the disclosed match context
- Creating synthetic or artificial profiles to manipulate matching
- Reverse-engineering or circumventing the bilateral consent system
Enforcement
CHECKPOINT reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and terminate subscriptions without refund for policy violations. Severe violations (fraud, securities law violations, deliberate misrepresentation) will be reported to relevant authorities.
