Full platform target
Five phases. One architecture.
Each phase is independently valuable. Together they form a compounding moat.
Discovery Foundation
What exists today.
The adversarial AI engine runs continuously. It ingests company profiles, analyzes strategic positioning, and surfaces specific bilateral opportunities. The Discovery Engine is live. Blueprints are live. Executive Matching is live. Enterprise deployments are live.
Relationship Layer
Turning matches into momentum.
When two companies accept a match, the relationship must be developed. The Advisory Layer brings vetted humans into facilitated sessions. The Deal Facilitation Layer provides structured frameworks for progressing from intent to signed agreement.
Contextual Signal Layer
Five independent signal branches. Declared data only.
The static company profile is not the full picture. The Contextual Signal Layer adds five independently activated enrichment branches: shared event attendance (CSL-1), declared travel windows (CSL-2), hub and co-working co-location (CSL-3), professional community membership (CSL-4), and composite proximity scoring (CSL-5). CSL-3 and CSL-4 are in private beta. Each branch has explicit consent constraints and activation thresholds. No real-time location data is used.
Execution Infrastructure
The ecosystem around every deal.
Vetted specialists for deal execution: legal, financial advisory, market entry, regulatory compliance, technical due diligence. Not a generic directory. A curated marketplace where specialists are scored by outcome, not reputation.
Platform API
Infrastructure for the ecosystem.
Enterprise Layer is already live. The Strategic Opportunity API extends discovery into any CRM, platform, or workflow. Large organizations embed CHECKPOINT intelligence directly. The network effect compounds with every new integration.
The compounding moat
Every company that joins makes the platform more valuable for every other company.
Signal density grows non-linearly with membership. More companies mean more potential pairs. More accepted matches mean better-calibrated AI scoring. More CSL signal connections mean richer context for every discovery run.
This is not a marketplace that improves with supply and demand. It is a network where every node increases the intelligence of the entire graph.

Deal outcomes score marketplace providers
The flywheel
Discovery compounds over time.
Each stage of the flywheel reinforces the next. The network gets more valuable as it grows.
Each new company creates potential pairs with every existing member. Opportunity surface expands non-linearly.
Every accepted and declined match trains the engine. Signal quality improves continuously.
The AI engine calibrates to the actual strategic logic of the network. False positives drop. True matches sharpen.
Higher match quality drives platform value. More communities activate. The flywheel accelerates.
Result
A self-reinforcing discovery network that strengthens with every participant and every transaction.
Intelligence specification
Formally specified. Depth-first.
CHECKPOINT operates from a 36-section canonical architecture specification that formally defines 25+ distinct intelligence systems, their data dependencies, bilateral consent rules, and activation thresholds. No intelligence layer activates before its prerequisites are met.
13
Network-data gated
Systems that activate once real acceptance, rejection, and engagement signals accumulate: Learning Engine, Acceptance Intelligence, Network Intelligence, Corporate Intelligence Layer (CIL), Opportunity Genome, and others.
6
Scale and longitudinal
Systems requiring 12+ months of sustained network operation: Success Intelligence, Outcome Intelligence, Strategic Relationship Graph, Global Opportunity Intelligence, and others.
7
Future platform layers
Advisory Intelligence, Specialist Marketplace Intelligence, Deal Facilitation Intelligence, Strategic Opportunity API, Organizational Intelligence, Portfolio Intelligence, and Procurement Intelligence.
Four principles govern every layer without exception: bilateral consent preservation (no Party A data surfaces to Party B without bilateral acceptance), quality over volume (fewer, better opportunities), privacy by architecture (data minimization at every layer), and anti-hallucination (no claim generated without traceable platform-observed evidence).
